Vehicle Repair Policy- Please Read:

Jaguar Indianapolis would like to be your choice for all of your service needs.  In light of an increased demand for loaner vehicles , we will no longer provide a loaner vehicle to cars that exceed 10 model years in age. Ie: (2025 - 10 = 2015).  We will also not guarantee availability to service those vehicles quickly.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

In light of the backlog of scheduled work caused by the ever-increasing supply-chain issues, complexity/expense of classic repairs, as well as manpower issues Tom Wood Volvo can no longer accept for repair any vehicle that is 10 years old from current model year (example 2023-10=2013) or OVER 100,000 miles on the odometer.

Exceptions:

    • Client has history with Tom Wood Volvo over last 24 months.
    • Vehicle has been to Tom Wood Volvo in last 18 months for repair.
    • A manufacturer recall is mandated.

 

Please Note: Courtesy vehicles are not offered for the above exceptions, a discounted rate at Sixt Rental Car may be available. All exceptions are required to fill out and acknowledge the Tom Wood Volvo 'High Mileage and/or Older Vehicle and/or Drivability Repair Disclaimer'. All special order parts are to be paid for in advance prior to ordering.
