IMPORTANT: Please read the below terms and conditions before submitting a Key Order.

• All special order keys and remotes must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
• Only the owner will be allowed to take possession of the keys.
• Shipping of keys or remotes is not permitted for security reasons.
• Keys and remotes post 1995 will require a separate programming fee which must be done by an authorized Jaguar, Land Rover Volvo Dealer.

For security purposes, You will be asked to produce ID and proof of ownership prior to any keys being released. Proof of ownership is a title, registration, or current insurance card with the vin and owners name. The name must match the name on the picture ID.  We will not, under any circumstances, release keys to anyone other than the stated  owner. Safety features designed by the manufacturer will prevent vehicles from starting until programming is complete.  Please initial the below form as confirmation you are the owner and you agree with the above conditions
