"The best experience"

I called my Service adviser at 7:00 when the recall problem of immovable transmission occurred. He had a to2 to my house in 20min. When I arrived a loaner was awaiting. My now ex-wife had cats that would crawl-all all over the car and scratches were all over the car. I asked if they could do something about them for less than a million. I returned the next day I was delighted to find my car fixed and he had the scratches all buffed out.When I first saw the car I did know it was mine, From when we first talked he understood my problems both with the car and personally. This was my first service at Tom Wood and this man was indeed the best I have had with any car  at any dealer ...this includes Bens. I love the car 09 XF and plan to buy XK.. In sum,Travis Wiggins was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
